Disruption Space Co-Founders Paul Sweeney and Matt Malone first worked together on a groundbreaking programme for a major UK bank in 2012. Since then, we’ve both designed & delivered large-scale change in FTSE companies, as the leaders on the hook for outcomes, or as advisors supporting those leaders.
In 2024, we got back together to explore our shared passion for positive disruption and our sense that outdated belief systems and corporate bullshit were defeating attempts to transform organisations.
